Delivery & Return Policy

At SuperGood, we want you to have a smooth and enjoyable experience from when you place your order to when your items arrive. Our Delivery & Return Policy outlines how we ship, when you can expect your products, and how to request returns or exchanges if you need them.

1. Order Processing & Delivery

  • After placing an order, you’ll receive an email confirming your purchase and summarizing your order details.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please get in touch with us at orders@supergood.food.

1.2 Processing Time

1.3 Shipping Methods & Costs

2. Order Tracking

  • If you encounter any issues or your tracking information hasn’t updated in 3-5 business days, don’t hesitate to contact us.

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

3.1 Return Window

  • We accept returns within [30 days] of the delivery date for most items, provided they are unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Any shipping costs paid are non-refundable unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item.

3.5 Exchanges

  • Need a different product or a replacement for a damaged item? Contact us at orders@supergood.food. We’ll help you exchange or reorder, based on availability.
  • If your exchange item is out of stock, we can process a refund or suggest an alternative item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at orders@supergood.food within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Missing Packages

  • If tracking shows your package as delivered, but you can’t locate it, first check with neighbors or your local carrier office.
  • If the package is still missing, contact us at orders@supergood.food, and we’ll do our best to help locate or replace the order.
