At SuperGood, we want you to have a smooth and enjoyable experience from when you place your order to when your items arrive. Our Delivery & Return Policy outlines how we ship, when you can expect your products, and how to request returns or exchanges if you need them.

1. Order Processing & Delivery

- After placing an order, you’ll receive an email confirming your purchase and summarizing your order details.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please get in touch with us at orders@supergood.food.

2. Order Tracking

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
3.1 Return Window

- If your exchange item is out of stock, we can process a refund or suggest an alternative item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at orders@supergood.food within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Missing Packages
- If tracking shows your package as delivered, but you can’t locate it, first check with neighbors or your local carrier office.
- If the package is still missing, contact us at orders@supergood.food, and we’ll do our best to help locate or replace the order.
