Supergood Committed Families PACT — SuperGood Fund I

Non-binding notice: This PACT expresses shared values and interest only. It is not an offer to sell securities and does not create any commitment to invest.

Purpose

This PACT reflects a good-faith understanding between SuperGood Fund I (“SuperGood”) and families who believe in health-first food systems. It signals support for SuperGood's mission and intention to participate in (i) SuperGood Fund I.

Your Pledge

  1. Affirm the values above and support SuperGood's mission.
  2. Understand this PACT is non-binding and not an investment agreement or subscription.
  3. Consent to receive updates and offering materials; you may opt out at any time.
  4. Respect founder and co-investor confidentiality and follow guidance on what can be shared publicly.
  5. Intend—subject to diligence and acceptance—to consider participating via Reg D (Accredited) offering.
  6. Acknowledge that any investment may only occur through official offering documents (e.g., PPM, subscription) and required verifications (e.g., accreditation/KYC).

SuperGood's Pledge

  1. Communicate with clarity, candor, and respect.
  2. Share meaningful portfolio and impact updates at a reasonable cadence.
  3. Steward capital prudently and in alignment with our mandate: supporting health-first food & beverage supply-chain entrepreneurs.
  4. Operate in compliance with applicable laws; maintain appropriate confidentiality and data protections.
  5. Welcome feedback and community participation (e.g., tastings, pilots, learning forums) when available.

Term & Withdrawal

This PACT reflects present intent and values; it may be withdrawn at any time by written notice. It does not obligate either party to proceed with any transaction.
